Senegal presidential camp wins majority in legislative poll

Senegalese President Macky Sall's coalition won a landslide majority in legislative polls, swooping up 119 of 150 seats in the national assembly, according to official results published Wednesday.Former president Abdoulaye Wade's Senegalese Democratic Party, which had dominated the house, won only 12 seats while a breakaway group from the party scored four seats. The remaining 15 seats went to smaller parties.
