Spanish lawmakers pass 2013 crisis budget

Spanish lawmakers approved Thursday the country's 2013 budget with unpopular spending cuts and other austerity measures to save 39 billion euros ($52 billion).The lower house Congress dominated by the governing Popular Party voted through the budget as protesters prepared a mass demonstration outside.
