Proceedings

• The motion filed by the defendant Ndayambaje was heard in court on July 2nd. His request for a change of lawyer, filed on March 30th, and supported by a number of pieces of evidence consisting mainly of letters exchanged with his lawyer, was debated in the absence of the main protagonist, an absence which served only to support the claims of the former mayor of Muganza.
